Honestly at the rate your improving I might be asking you for help soon.

First thing first, your text. Once again the text is decent except for the G and T. If you want to change the color or what ever, do a clipping mask. It will be tons better.

Second. Don't worry about sharping. In fact that only thing that really needs sharpened is the background, and that's only slightly.

Third. Learn to use a light source, or making your light source through burn and dodge. This sig is fine without it but that's usually not the case.

And finally as for pen tooling, that's something your only going to learn by experimenting. No amount of tuts are going to help with that. I can say one thing for adjusting your lines.

When your setting your anchor points, I'm sure you'll notice little boxes on the line. hold ctrl and you can move the line around that way. Basically your going to be making curves. Even though this tut is for manga cleaning it's got the basics you need.
