hi, i need a little help on where to get grunges, and where to extract them, im currently using photoshop cs2

Grunges? Do you mean grunge BRUSHES? If you want grunge brushes, get them from any brush site (like www.deviantart.com), and extract them to C:/Program Files/Adobe/PhotoshopCS/Presets/Brushes

sorry but to load, it i go to Load brushes am i correct?

Yes, you select the brush pack you want to use from that menu.
