ok, so i have about 60$ extra this week, and im thinking about upgradeing the PC in my room.. a graphics card upgrade

If you're going to spend a little over $60, consider this one instead:

The 4670s will run just fine. Also, forgot to list this:

No. Some people had a P4 at 2.5ghz with a 8800GT(comparable to the 4670) and not have a bottleneck, I don't see why you would.
