You know that they are two entirely different things. IPs are something that a company or organization controls, KSSNs are something that individual people control. Would you rather have your name tag or your identity swiped?
I just don't understand why people want to risk those things and go through a lot more trouble just to play a different version.

Well. I had played the korean version once before. After losing that, and having to play arad with a vpn, or china's DnF with a three hour time limit. Having the freedom of burning through your stress meter, with the addition of female gunners, and starting with earlier cancels..Moving onto turning in episode quests without leaving a map, seeing a level range on the episode quests, an english speaking guild and parties with koreans that don't insta kick me. It's hard to go back to lesser quality.
To put it shortly, the korean version has much more content, which made me willing to put forth more effort. >_< Sure..morality and that little voice in the back of my mind saying it's wrong. It's not stopping me from playing though. =/
Edit: forgot to add to that list, there's a space next to each map selection that shows if you have an episode quest there. <3
