Quads are infinitley better than Dual cores. Because, as the name suggests, there are four cores; not two. This allows for faster processing in most cases.
At any rate, overclocking is generally bad for your processor. Don't do it.
Also, your stats are fine. Stop worrying about things like that when you probably won't need an upgrade for another year.
