Format. (oh the joy of having multiple partitions, which people fail to see the usefulness in.)
Discussing on how to bypass this isn't allowed iirc.

Is your Administrator account one you created yourself? A seperate Admin account is also made by Windows, but not immediately visible to the end user. Boot into Safe Mode (hit F8 as you boot up your computer) and it should be there.

If the password is applied to that account, and you have no other ones made, it is rather difficult to "crack" the password. There are programs out there, but they do require you to boot from a floppy disk or CD (usually the former). I suggest backing up your data from the account you use currently and reformat.

Kinda hard since my USB[40GB] is mostly full of "virus" programs and games so loading window's on it bad idea...

This. W7 is 2.9GB so at least a 4gb is needed. It's only like 10eurs for one that size today, so it's not that big of an issue.

And I mean throw the setup files on the usb stick and use the usb as installmedium. Make sure your BIOS boots up usb first.
