Default I just recover my computer from a bad virus attack

So my computer recover an attack made by the Trojan/malware....Internet security 2010...

After that attack, all my folder's name is highlighted and stuff. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

I'm not sure since I never trusted avast since my cousin's computer got 215 virus with avast so yeah not exactly good... if you want a good one mcfee is pretty good been using for year and any small virus gets blown away and big ones are easy as well...

Let the scan end and remove all the threats found.

I suggest Nod32 (*cough* it) and Spyware S&D.

To remove the highlight right click my computer and go to properties, go to advanced tab, find performance and click settings, then scroll down and check "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" and apply.
