just did and the problem persists

this blows.....

been trying to fix this problem for 2 months...no luck -.-

Sorry, forgot to include this in my last post.

Booting into safemode, before running the ATI uninstall tool, to clean up drivers, before installing a new version can help to fix driver issues.

in photoshop, go to image>>mode. Is it on greyscale?
