Does anyone know a program (preferably free) that will convert AVI to WMV in batch files?As in Multiple videos all at one time?

I haven't used any other audio/video converter in years.

I use Super as well. And the 2010 version was just released (though the changelog is rather underwhelming).

I'd download it from here because it's a nightmare trying to figure out how to download it from the official website.
