Here is my prot warriors armory link

In places of Essence i have Onyxia trinket and in place of the Ulduar ring i have the Ashen verdict friendly so stats are 566 defense, 26.72 dodge, 20.76 parry, 19.42 block and 30951 health without commanding.
My defense is obviously higher then it needs to be just wondering on any changes could make to even health and defense out.

So from my understanding you've ran naxx, ulduar, onyxia 25, other heroics, and yet you still don't understand what you need?

Sounds fishy to me.

Go to wowhead or look up some tanks on wowarmory.

he just wanna get some tips dude calm down.

anyway just change your ony trinket with the essence and u should be around 33-34k and change your 10 stats to chest with 270 hp and change the defense enchent from shield to 18 stam you should be around 35k unbuff with shout then you should be good and just replace all your defense gem with stam gem and do you have 377 ttriump badges on you?

I am a palladin tank. And everything looks fine to me. You would make a great OT in the newer raids.
Maxx def? Check
Decent health? Check
Knows how to play? That's up to you.
In Icecrown there are some t9 vendors. Save up some triumphs and buy that gear.

Your gear is quite fine actually. I think its just me but your HP does seem low for your gear.

Repace :

The Neck

The Cape

The Wrists....Maybe...if you can't find a replacement I'd say your acc is fine

Invest in epic gems but other then that just raid to get better gear. You can be a good OT if you know how to play

As it was suggested, get full epic gems.

In your hat, it would be a good idea to put a +10agility/+15stam orange gem, for the socket bonus, instead of a purple one. Other than that, you can safely gem +30 stam in everything else.

If I recall correctly, being hit-capped, or relatively close to it as a Warrior is extremely important, as well as Expertise cap/over it.

+275 Health would be a better chest enchant, since you really don't benefit that much from +10 stats.

Mongoose or Blood-Draining on your weapon.
