I noticed I was getting really slow download speeds from Megaupload, now I always get my top speed when ever I download from there so I suspected something was wrong. I thought maybe it was just Megaupload but every website is giving me the same download speed.

I decided to run the speed test at http://www.speedtest.net/ and this is what I got

I usually get 4.5-5mbps, seriously how can my ISP do this without saying anything? also does snow affect my line? because its snowing pretty heavy here.

MU has been slow for me too lately (jumping up and down from 40-390kbps and most of the time 40-80).

Snow in most cases improves speeds as the line becomes shorter, but the difference is very small.

Your ISP can do this, thus call them and ask why.

I'm only 16 so I'd have to get my mam to call them but she hates calling them because you always get an Indian person and they are hard to understand.

The thing is its not just MU its every website, its getting really annoying as its been going on for about a week now
