if i wish 2 make a 3D game like runescape, wat programs do i need including:

to create the map;
to create the weapons;
to model characters/monsters; I want to model them not 2 hav a prebuilt 1 like noddy or barbie
to create the world;
to create the logo;
to create the cutscenes;
etc;

I think all of them bar the logo would come under a 3D Modeller, give the forums a quick look through there is quite a few mentioned. If you cant find any on here I suggest you google for one called blender.

Well, Runescape is coded in Java, but www.blender.org is a good 3D Modelling program.

I've heard the word blender so many times and yet, I've never tried it. The screenies look awesome though!

I hear it alot to, put i recently downloaded another 3D modeler that looks interesting...K-3D I have yet to try it out though
