im a bit interested if you can make a cheap gaming rig with micro atx O.o would you even be able to fit in a decent heat sink or would you need stock o.o

Depends on the case, but I'd use this, as for a case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146056 Cooling is great, it fits larger heatsinks, is the size of a uATX case, but can fit ATX MoBo. Only downfall is that it's $120 before tax and shipping.
You can also go with this:

Can't really give an opinion, but from a reviewer, it can hold the larger heatsinks.

like 10x5x10 case O.o im not talking about recent games or even crysis im talking about like games that are at least 1 year old and on lowest possible detail but no lag

Yes, you could get modern gaming performance out of a micro ATX based build.

Yes, you will most likely encounter some issues with heat.

But in the end it depends on your budget.

No uATX case is that small, I'm using the smallest MoBo FF that is still possible to game with, and it is 10"x5"x10.
