try to avoid usin that thing when u install it will take over all uur pic makingit so that the only way u can look at them is through that program....

What are you talking about?
If your talking about Photoshop,
get a better damn comp..
or get some antivirus protection,
cuz you ****ed up..
And before you ask,
No photoshop does not give viruses..
if it did they wouldnt be able to sell it by the thousands to large companies.
If your talking about Tutorials,
all I can say is,
What exactly are you on?
You only need internet explorer to look at picture tuts..
(not bringing vid tuts into this)

But yea..

hes talking about, when you open a jpeg or any picture file, ps/gimp will automatically open to show that, instead of opening the default box to show the picture

didnt happen to me, but you can change it easily just right click the .jpg file > open with > check 'always use the selected program to open this kind of file' choose program and choose the program you want to open it (windows viewer)

It only does that for me if I save it as PSD or PNG
Well PNG opens it with Image Ready
