My monitor doesnt turn on when its plugged into my computer but it does work i tested that and the only thing i can think of is the hard drive is broken or the graphics card which seems to be running fine(fan spins)

Dead motherboard
Dead graphics card

Take your pic. If your hdd would be broke, BIOS would've said there isn't a hdd.
Check with another GPU, if it doesn't work, it's your motherboard.

Don't do that yet.

Test it first because if the mobo's dead, you've thrown money away.

i have no way to test the mobo but all the fans are working ect

And you did plug the power in for the GPU, didn't you?

Fans working doesn't mean anything.
If I'm not mistaken, there's a green light on at all times indicating the mobo is working (except when the PSU is unplugged or turned off). Check if that's on.

i did i think its the right one but the mobo doesnt have that light but i never seen it before this problem anyways this sucks sooo bad

Unplug the power etc, grab a flashlight (or anything else that gives light) and search for it, it's kind of hard to spot when it's off.

Afaik, every mobo has such a light.
