I don't see the need to take 3+ showers.

I take 1 shower a day, if I am going to work or something.

No showers when I plan on . . . sitting infront of the computer all day to play vid games.

Too many shower is not bad I guess... Some people here in Southeast Asia usually takes 3+ showers since the weather here is very humid... If it feels very sticky, I tend to get a shower for 30 minutes or so...

* I don't know if showering too much can lead to hair loss...

Same here. I don't bother taking showers unless im going somewhere.
