Here I am glad to share a guide with our players. Hope it helpful! It is as following:

As you may know, there was a release of a new Grandmaster's quest, Nomad's Requiem. Here is my guide of how I beat him.

I did it with these stats:
Cb level: 105 + 10
- 80 Range
- 81 Defence
- 87 Hp
- 85 Strength
- 81 Attack
- 77 Prayer
- 79 Summoning

Minimum Skills:
- 80 Range
- 80 Defence
- 70 Prayer
- 80 Strength
- 75 Attack
- 67 Summoning

I used a War Tortoise pouch full with brews and super restores. Once I ran out of supplies in tort, I used a Moss Titan pouch and scrolls. Try to bring a healing pouch. If you can't use a titan, then use a bunyip and instead of scrolls, bring 1 food.

Inventory Setup:
B = Brews
R = Super Restores
D = Dds (next post explains why you need dds/whip/gs)
W = Whip (godsword could replace dds and whip)
M = Moss Titan pouch (Suggested if you have Summ level or you could use Unicorn (level 88) or Fire or Ice titan also)
S = Scrolls (Needed if you bring a unicorn or Titans)
F = Food (Shark+ recommended)
G = GS

Helm: Neitz
Cape: Fire Cape
Bolts: Ruby (e)
Body: Black D'Hide
Legs: Dragon Platelegs
Shield: Dragonfire Shield (Charged)
Gloves: RFD Barrows Gloves
Boots: Dragon
Ring: Ring of Dueling (Archers ring suggested and no Ring of Life)

Tactics
Well, let’s learn about our enemy, Nomad.

Name: Nomad
Combat level: 699 (Third highest in RS and hardest Quest Monster)
Max Hit: Player's max HP -1
Race: Mahjarrat
Hitpoints: 1000 (Most Quest HP monster, tied with Decaying Avatar)

NOTE: After you get him to 1/4 HP, he'll heal himself back up to 1/2 HP.

His Attacks

Soul Split:
Nomad teleports you to the center of the area and barrages you. He then is charging for his special attack, so this is your time to get over your max hp with brews! He'll then attack you with the special attack and hit you all your HP -1. He'll give you about 10 seconds to get back on full hp again.

Mines/Nukes:
He'll throw down some little orange bombs around you. At the bottom of the circle there is a little opening. As soon as he stops attacking you, run through the opening and behind one of the pillars. He'll thrown his special attack into the pillar then run to you. If he misses the pillar and hits you, you will lose 75 HP! Don't stay behind the pillar for more than 5 seconds, because he'll reset and get back onto full HP.

4 Clones:
Nomad will make 3 other clones of himself. Attack the clone who was the last to use the magic attack. Try to stay in the middle for this. Once u hit the real Nomad, his clones will teleport away.
NOTE: Auto Retaliate is very helpful here, as you'll start randomly attacking the clones.

Normal Attacks:
In between all of these Special Attacks, he'll hit you normally. These normal attacks hit hard, so good luck.

Beserker Mode:
Once you get him onto 1/4 HP the second time, he'll go into beserk mode, or other words, he'll attack really fast like Commander Zilyana, Saradomin Godwars Boss. At that time, thats when you want to start meleeing. So pray melee and piety. Then, equip your DDS/GS and spec him until your spec bar is gone. Then continue attacking him with GS/Whip. Eventually he'll die and you'll be taken back to SW lobby. You will most likely die, but keep trying.
