Can anyone translate this? i get this messsage when i press Game Start, also i have already downloaded and installed the game from a link from an old streess test and its 3pm right now so i should be able to play

I tried to make it a lot of times [ watched old and new tutorials for it ] but still got problems with that =S Dragon Nest is best game i evere seen. If anyone owuld help me with that or just share his account or give old not-in-use one i would be sooo happy
