tl:dr
Final Test start date: February 5th to 7th.
Server will open from 2 pm to 10 pm Korea time every day.
Anyone can play.
Goal of the Test: testing of the overall content.

Events: Character name-save, Gifty-con (??). More will be announced in the days to come.

highly doubt it. The only reason why Mabinogi ended up reinforcing IP block is due to its Peer to Peer dungeon system.

Elsword isn't blocked, nor is DnF. Doesn't guarantee that this will be blocked too.

you just only need korea nexon account and be on at that time to play the dragon nest
