i want to know how can i make my front panel jacks working (for headphones) ... because when i plug my headphones in computer doesn't detect anything ... but when i plug em in the back of pc everything is alrite ... my sound card is Realtek HD ... is there some separate drivers or something ?

Your front jack has a connection on the motherboard and when it doesn't work it's either not connected or the pins aren't correctly positioned.
