Dofus has a good system in my opinion but it is P2P once you reach a certain level.

ultima onlien by far has best crafting system out right now. download uo trial wich is full version open it let it patch then use uogateway for servers. uogateway.com

dofus has crafting but most stuff you can only get if you are p2p otherwise its boring

goonzu has a crafting system and its free
