Do i have to uninstall and then install new nvidia drivers or can I just upgrade? If so, how..

just update your drivers http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.aspx?lang=en-us
select video card and find then install

You do not need to uninstall your existing drivers before installing the new ones. But you can if you want.

I thought 196.21 was crap, unless you're intending to use the beta drivers, which I heard was a lot better.
