i think 15 is too much...6-8 would be better
one major problem here would be controlling them, if they went berserk like the qq players, it's difficult to control unless you give them the ban hammer

As I've checked in the announcement of CC there's no rewad or compensation stated in it... that means they are working for free?

i don't think so, maybe they won't reveal the compensation yet, because if they don't give the forum mods rewards, this will encourage the future applicants to apply in the next recruitment drive,and the current FM will protest against it too
