Is this one going to be turn based?

Obsidian Entertainment hasn't developed a good game yet and haven't even developed a wholly original ip. If you can't get Bioware to crank out a quality game, you settle with Obsidian.

Bethesda should do this in house on a whole new engine (Gamebryo sucks).
