Default Need guidance on these laptops

Hewwo long time no see, mainly because i have no internet at my new place.

however we just got intouch with talktalk and will be getting the tinternet in about 3-4 weeks [hoozah] but im looking to get a laptop from this company [due to the fact that atm i can only pay in small parts and we trust this company]

so the first laptop is a Toshiba Toshiba L300D-242 15.4in Laptop for 399.00

it consists of the following...

15.4inch Widescreen - offers a Trubrite Crystal Clear display for clearer brighter images, AMD Sempron Processor - great for surfing the web, emailing friends and working on word processor documents, Integrated Web Camera - allows you to talk to family and friends online, DVD Supermulti Drive - view all your movies on your laptop, Wi-Fi - wireless technology, modem and ethernet port provide a wide range of connections. AMD Sempron SI-42... More processor (2.1GHz). 2Gb DDR2 RAM. 160Gb hard drive. 15.4in TruBrite XGA (1280 x 800) display. DVD-RW Supermulti drive (Dual Layer). Integrated ATI Radeon 3100 graphics. 802.11 b/g WiFi. Microsoft Windows Vista Home

and the second one is this lil beaut

Featuring state-of-the-art Intel processor technology with advanced connectivity, this ultra sharp 15.6in screen has a pure 16:9 aspect ratio, which is optimised for watching HD movies or playing games, with no black bars in widescreen. Equipped with the latest optical disc drive and built-in stereo speakers, you can enjoy enhanced HD content, with perfect image and sound reproduction, wherever you choose to be. Weighing just 2.56kg, the R519 is also one of the lightest 15in notebooks in its class, a perfect balance of price, performance and portability.
Intel Celeron Dual Core T3100 (1.9GHz) processor. 2Gb DDR2 RAM. 250Gb SATA hard drive. 15.6in (1366x768 WXGA) SuperBright Gloss LED HD display. DVD Super Multi Dual Layer drive. Integrated Intel GMA X4500M graphics with shared memory. 802.11 b/g/n WiFi. Digital Motion webcam. 3 in 1 card reader, 3 x USB 2.0 ports. Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium.

Neither of them will be able to play any P2P or B2P games that have been recently released. Free games, yes. Anyway, the best overall laptop of those two is the 2nd one.

15.4in TruBrite XGA (1280 x 800)

Very very low resolution on the screen of the first one.

Aside from that;
Both are very low level.
Probably the weakest stuff you can get.
Very out of date tech.
