Just before Sey had approached her, Nanzuri could have sworn he was searching for someone. Looking around, her eyes noticed that there were a few people missing. Among those people was her newfound friend, Kayla. The young man with aqua colored eyes wasn't there as well. Was there a glitch in the teleportation process, or was there only a certain amount of people that could be summoned instantly? Whatever it was, her thoughts were interrupted when Sey began to reply to what she had said. Before he could continue on to his next sentence, Nanzuri blurted out,

"What do you mean by rude? I asked you to forgive me, but maybe you didnt here me. I did run off..."

Her voice drifted off at the thought of how quickly she had spoken then and how she sounded at the moment. She murmured a quick sorry and felt kind of bad to be disrespectful to someone she had thought to be a normal passerby. The sadness she felt remained on her face until Sey told her that he didn't mind if she was formal or not. Her lips spread apart and formed into a smile, at which Nanzuri gazed up at him with utter joy. Not everyone was consumed with the thought of fighting and respect. Some of the people knew they were human. At least, that was what she thought until she heard Sey's next comment. There was only one meaning in Nanzuri's mind when she heard it, and she couldn't help but feel hurt.

"Are you saying we are going to die? How could you lose hope so quickly? We..."

Tears started to swell inside of Nanzuri's eyelids at the thought of her family waiting for her. Their smiling faces and happy demeanors would invite anyone into their lives, but...what if she couldn't see them again? This wasn't an occupation that you could take and believe that you could return to your previous life easily. Only the strong could one day step back into the world they remembered, and judging from how Sey and Rayne acted, that wasn't a common thing. It could take months -- no, years for her to see her family once again. In that time, Miru might move away, just like she had. She also recalled what Miru had said about her mother; how she had become sickly and wasn't as lively as she was before. Nanzuri could almost see the change in her mother's personality. Flora had once been as free as Nanzuri, sprinting about without a care in the world, just like the old lady at the hot springs. Everyone changed, and the thought of Nanzuri changing herself brought fear in her heart. She didn't want to become some...cold-hearted warrior who forgot how to love and...smile!

"I didn't even think about what I would lose by becoming a Guardian. I just thought that because I have this mark, this was something I had to do. I don't want to die yet...I don't want to lose my life or...myself. I want to stay the way I am, but I also want to become stronger. This is...why is this so hard to decide?"

Nanzuri's eyes locked onto Mitsukai, and then onto Sey. Mitsukai had told them that they had too choices: follow the path of a Guardian or be killed. In a way, the mark on her wrist now felt like a death mark. If they listened to Sey and quit, they could have their lives taken away. If they joined the Guardians, they could be attacked by a demon while their superiors simply stared at them without even moving a muscle to help them. Nanzuri didn't want to perish in the heat of battle and the last thing she would see would be the uncaring eyes of someone she thought she could trust. There was a solution, though. There was always a solution to any problem.

"Then I guess we just have to train until we collapse, right? As long as we try our best and put our heart into honing our skills, we should be fine -- no, I know we will be fine! This mark on our wrists proves that we have what it takes to be Guardians, which means we won't need to have our hands held when the real battle starts! Just tell us the basics and I'm sure we can discover our talents on our own!"

"I won't be scared. I promised that I would return to my family -- to Miru, mom, and dad. Until I do, I swear I won't die! I'll put my heart and soul into everything I do! YEAH!"

Rayne looked around the group,his eyes gaze pausingon every person there. He studied them, as if he could see there answer. In the back of his mind he new everyone would join, for they would not want to face the punishment if they declined. But some part of him made thought otherwise, as if some part of hm doubted the simplicity of people. Present them with a instant death, or a chance to live, maybe even a few days longer. They will always choose life. Rayne repeated over and over in his head to quench the doubt in the back of his mind.

As Rayne pondered this he heard Pheonix next to him begin to mutter an answer ot the Hogosha's question, he turned and faced her as she said, "There's only so much keeping me here." Rayne felt the blood begin to rush to his face, he gripped Shan-Ame tighter as he attempted to stop the quick reddening of his cheeks.

He turned away from the group, hiding his face from view. After a few moments had passed, Rayne felt the heat that made his cheeks glow bright red, begin to dissapear. He loosened his grip on Shan-Ame as he turned and faced the group yet again. "Well, how about the rest of you hmmmm? Speak up please." Hogosha-Mitsukai said.

Revun stepped forward and replied Of course and then stepped back again, to see a glove on his hand, and then, his sword forming, he felt glad he could do it again, Yet he didn't quite know why..

((@lokuri, I know the others said they would join, but Rayne wasn't paying as much attention to them as he was Pheonix. Also, Hogosha said "Well, how about the rest of you hmmmm? Speak up please.", which signals that he heard everyone that spoke.))

Alistair just know realizing that Anthony had talken to him " Hey,hell of a way to wake up,huh?" He said to Anthony Jokily,"and all i was saying was i needed to get some freash air,and tvs freak me out,Check out my blades there glowing with something" He says energaticly to Anthony as he walks over to stand beside him

Revun was tired and rubbed his eyes after his response, he then leaned against the back wall in the room and sat, starting to drift off, he was fighting it but with living on the streets comes a skill of awaking very easily, and he was very good at it, so, he eventually fell asleep in the very back waiting for the rest of the people to respond to the Hogosha
