Robert shook his head to clear the haze that surrounded his vision. "I need a bloodbank." He muttered, "Oh yes!" He exclaimed sarcastically, "Ever since all of us rose up, bloodbanks are long drained."

Luther followed Sakura's wishes and he stayed with the human girl. But he starts to think about what could be wrong and then he figures it out. he looks to the human girl and says " stay here I need to go see something." he rushes off in the direction that Sakura went. he finds her with Robert. he sees the Robert is acting and he knows immediately what is wrong. Luther coughs to let them know he is there and to get their attention. Luther says " I can tell that you are hungering for blood and I'm sure I could get you some from the high council if you wish, Well I'll just head back to the camp I don't want to leave the human just standing there."" Luther then starts heading back to the camp.

Robert snarled, "I don't want anything from you and your cabal of monsters!" He snapped, "Why do you think I left." His eyes took on a more sinister visage, "Oh yes," He chuckled, the sound coming out as harsh. "But that was before your time, wasn't it? Your father was in charge."

Robert grimaced, his eyes losing their bloodshot state. He gasped, the strong intake of air was a sign of his craving growing further.

Serenity stood there in the room they left her in. She had been left alone. "Well...I feel loved..." She shook her head and sat down on the floor.

Sakura closed her eyes and began to slowly shake her head. "You dont get it do you Robert? Things have changed. There are only a few Werewolf camps that will let you in anymore....The goblins hate you're guts. And apperantly so do the vampires. And you wouldn't want to continue on if anything happened to the Serenity girl. The human you seem to like? You know, her." She smiled lightly and opened her eyes. "You wouldn't want anything to happen to her would you? Because if you dont accept help from the Vampires........I'll kill her." Sakura turned her back to Robert and looked at the walls of the city.

Robert stared at Sakura with venom, "Of all the people in this world," he spoke softly, "I'd have thought you would have understood."
Shakily, he stood from where he had fallen, "After everything they did to me, after everything they forced me to do..." His voice trailed off as he stared at who had been one of his oldest friends. "I thought you'd have trusted me more than that."

Turning his back to the werewolf city, Robert began to walk. He turned, "and my name's not Robert."

Sakura sighed and looked over her shoulder. "You'll always be welcome here. No matter how many times you change you're name." She looked ahead and walked into the city. "Make sure you come back and get that human trash away when you're ready. I dont want them here anymore." She walked throught the gates and straight to her private quarters.

Robert carried on walking, the thirst that he had felt was dying down. To be replaced by a feeling of hopelessness. Sakura was right when she said that times were changing. The fact that Luther had even offered him help was a sign of that.
But she was right about other things, the goblins and vampires despised him and he was losing favour with the werewolves.
Sakura may offer him friendship right now, but sooner or later she would have to follow the will of her people and then he would have nowhere. Humanity would be all he had left.
Robert shuddered, how depressing.

He was getting old, this had been in his mind for a long time. He remembered times before history had even begun to be recorded. He was older than all other vampires, the ones that were older than him died out millenia ago.

He had been on the run from his people for longer than there had been a single ruler of the vampires. In his day, the clans had been ruled by three judges. When Robert had been made a judge, due to family of course, he had seen his species for what they were, arrogant and desperate savages who preyed upon anything with a heartbeat. He had left shortly after, they had not looked upon that with favour at all.

He thought about Sakura. Although only by a few months, she was older than him. He had no idea how she had managed to survive so long so well. She stayed with her people though, he concluded, she had people to rely on, to trust. He had never had that opportunity.

He hadn't even trusted people with his real name, he went by Robert but that was a random name that he had found upon a nametag and had liked the look of. Nothing to it. He muttered his real name, too quiet for anyone to hear, and sighed.

Robert had no idea where he was walking to, but he needed some space, some way of coming to terms with everything.

(I really hope this doesn't die out.
