I remember when there used to be actual movie showings of pokemon movies in the theater. when I was a kid I'de go with like 2 of my friends and dress up in silly pokemon stuff and be like "yeah! pokemon movie".

Now the movies suck (they were never really that good, I was just like 5 at the time) and they don't show in theaters.

yes it has declined in popularity.

The shows themselves have.

The games? Nah. They still have events and such. I only went to one at Toys R Us.

There was a line outside to the parking lot. I saw quite a few adults too. Luckily we went early because it was my friends little sisters birthday so I was first and received my Mew (Ruby version)
