yea you gotta verify your identity via mail, card, or cell phone. Guess this is hangame's way of preventing foreign players from playing their games.

Make a korean friend and ask if you can use his phone number lol!

May take some time and effort though.

I should test if i can still play C9.

Also i also make notes of what number i used creating an account, you never know if you will need it again.

ironytaken, I think I worked around that sometime by logging in to hangame on another gamepage and then enter c9 page, you are then logged in. I dont know if this is still working. I know I also sometimes have to "change password" but I just go back to main page and it stops nagging

What do you mean another gamepage?

Also I get the verification thing only when I try to start up C9. I can log in just fine.

i think maybe it was another "game company". You could not login on one game but when logging in on another game from that company and then entering the first that you could not, suddenly you are logged in


by the way, is the the same as the game "project s" that says its now in NA/EU beta?

So if I log into another game page and then try to launch C9 it should let me through?

Because it doesn't work.

yeah it probably was another company then. I think I did something with the question thingy for C9, I think I had to re-enter the korean name and KS** to confirm it was me or something

It asks me to enter my korea name and when I do it then brings me to a verification page.

This only happens when I try to launch C9.

I read that this only appears if you are trying to play C9 for the first time...which doesn't make sense in your case cause you've played C9 b4 using that account...right?

wonder if official launch is different from playing in CBT and OBT....?
