I have found a way to run the chineese version on windows 7 64 bit.

first you must install the perfect world english version.
then download and install the chineese version to a different folder
copy the game.exe from C:\path to game\perfect world\bing\game.exe
to
C:\chinese version\path to game\bin\game exe
over write the version and open the folder bin
set the compatability to "windows xp service pack 3"
and run the lUNCHER.
you will get some type of errors with a clicj button
just click the button and it will run th3 game
