I am looking for a free mmorpg with a huge world map. i do not care if it has a small player base. it should also have a good skill point system like maplestory where you get to put some skill points into any skill you want. i have looked through tons of top 10 lists but none of them are really my type.

I dislike the MS skill tree as it is not posted on the website, yet in-game the growth of magic bolt vs. magic claw is the same DPS/level upgrade, yet magic bolt starts with higher DMG.

You would expect that magic bolt is more efficient @ level 20 (maxed), yet instead, Magic Claw (with no in-game or on-website guides) is suddenly at a double DPS/level upgrade rate level 11-20!

That's just silly, and punishes players for not Googling player-guides.

Huge world map? Achaea. WoW. Runescape.
