It may be, but they don't know that. They see their favorite rock star say "bush is stupid," or maybe hear their friends talk about how much they think he sucks, and suddenly they're an expert on the topic of George W. Bush. Hell, I'm willing to bet that 95% of the people that said he was can't even say what president he is numerically. To those that I'm speaking of, go ahead and Google it, but don't post it in an attempt to save face.
