1st of all, I hope that it was due to lag that had made you triple-posted. Secondly, if you had to ask that question, it's not gonna help you a lot in the long run. Why? 1. What's the best char for...???Your intent here please? If it's for PvP, the common misconception for players is to gun for a build that would 'own' all other chars or players. Problem is, when you're dealing with real players, it all boils down to playing style and skills. No one can tell you if titans are better or knights can take 100 hits or mages can 1 hit everyone. In any type or class, if your judgement fails you, so will your char... 2.90% of the time when I try to respond to these kind of questions, the OPs would be lumped into the same category of those who'd get bored easily. Give them any MMORPGs, in any CB or OB with less than 3 months, the effect is the same. Expectations can be better set when you know or want to have fun in 'exploring' the possibilities available instead of engaging in MMORPGs' 'Level O'Lympics'.

Well in the channel where I'm a regular at (k6), I notice that there's a surely but rapidly growing population of rogues. Rogues can usually handle a medium-sized horde of mobs in soloing and they seem to have better melee dmgs in PvE for training. Whether it's logical or not, it's a weird thing to me as rogues aka assassins shouldn't have been too overpowered. It's normal for them to have high dmgs in 'finishing' moves or skills, but I often see them outdmg titans even in default atks.

I am not totally sure but can't the mage heal as well as the healer or are they the same thing? I was in a party with 2 of them they used bows and could heal.. I swear they kicked major A$$.

Mages on own have a bit slower regen rates for hp + mp compared to healers. So yeah those archers you see are most likely healers and they have by far the best hp+ mp regen rates. Good dmgs in ranged atks paired with healing abilities is a sure recipe of a serious survival ability.
Most healers shares one problem though. When they heal, aggro mobs are as if designed to recognise healing as an atk, so they'd get hoarded on. I'm not sure if this is LC's idea of achieving 'balance' to not overpower the healers' class though. Come to think of it, mobs also prioritize rogues almost in the same way for their AoE and xbow skills too.
