According to the news on mmo site(Source), two new races will add to cataclysm: Pandaren and Naga.

The rumor comes from a Chinese gaming website (178.com), the partner of the biggest WoW fansite NGA in China. Their speculations always bear high accuracy. The original article said, "Blizzard plans to introduce two new races in Cataclysm. Instead of the Worgen and Goblin that we have already known, it seems that these two races have a lot to do with the Gnome and Troll..." The original source didn't reveal the specific race names, but is it possible that these two races are among the following several ones?

Goblin and Wargen.

Pandaren and Naga is an old rumor, it's false.

this^ although those seem to be the 2 races alot of people would rather have.
