I was thinking about getting a pandora.
It uses the OS linux so it has the functions of a computer. It has a touch screen, keyboard, 2 nubs, and regular d-pad and buttons. I can play all emulators up to dreamcast and some pc games (like quake 3) and it is around the size of a nintendo ds. It costs 330 USD but with all those features it seems like a good sale. Only thing holding me back is the next generation handhelds from sony and nintendo. So what do you guys think about this handheld? I know they have been pushing the release date back over and over but it seems they are starting to ship their product out now. And it seems to have a lot of community support which is vital for a handheld like this. ![]()

The new Arm chip-sets have twice to 1,5 the speed already.
I am not convinced anymore. They should have had it on the market in 08... Kinda a shame that the concept went to waste, from my viewpoint at least. By yourself some sick manbag or murse and a random netbook. Totally doable in our day and age. Last edited by Ronin; 03-05-2010 at 07:11 PM. |
