Hangame Ex 2010 : Showcase

Hangame (http://hangame.com/) & NHN Corporation (http://www.nhncorp.com/). The publishers of some of the best Korean games in the market, has revealed 7 new upcoming MMOs of different genre, in a Press conference dubbed "Hangame Extreme 2010". The genre of the games includes, FPS, RPG, 2D Sidescroller, Action, Sport and Macintosh games. There are 2 games that are in the Main Spotlight, while the rest were rather minor presented. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPOTLIGHT  "Metro Conflict" created by "Red Duck", the makers of award winning "A.V.A : Alliance of Valiant Arms" MMOFPS game. Comes their next FPS game, created using the Unreal 3 Engine. Set in the near modern-future, where there will be "some" futuristic weapons and functions in the game, like Bullet Time, direct missile controls, drone control etc. etc. Heck it's pretty much like Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company  The game looks very promising, and I can't wait to play!~ "Close & Open Beta" will be held later this year 2010, with "Release Service" next year 2011. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  "Project E:st(East)" is another upcoming game in the spotlight, from the makers of "Rohan Online" a rather successful MMORPG in the market. This new MMORPG feels very graphically eye catching, and uses Crytek's "CryEngine 2". Not much Information has been revealed, thou from the trailer it looks like it will be Asian + Fantasy themed mixed, or "Oriental Fantasy". Some reason this reminds me abit of WoW mix with something like Prefect World  "Close & Open Beta" will be held later this year 2010, with "Release Service" next year 2011. Trailer:

The most realistic fishing game to-date, it uses REAL Satellite Imagining Data for maps and locations, has things like aquarium, REAL boat driving challenges, scuba diving etc. etc.. And lots more of realistic things to make it seen like your really fishing, such as complicated(yet enjoyable) action sequences on the fishing rod, not just traditional point and click to get the fish. Close Beta is set to be on "2nd half of April 2010". Trailer:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Interestingly this next game called "Lost : Legends of the Sky Temple", is a Next-Gen Macintosh MMO game. It sets after "Romance of the Three King", either the 3D MMORPG or the book, I'm not sure which it is... It has stuff like RvR (Realm vs Realm), the usual RTS and even a Replay mode. Unfortunately "Close Beta 1" is already underway, no news of CB2. Trailer:

Game is kinda like "Sim City", where you can build and customize a lot of things around your city. Thou is it set in the real Korea, you play the Korean Cities, which every building, land, construction material etc. etc. are all based on the real prices in Korea right now. The prices will auto adjust to whatever real life price it is in Korean, which can make things interesting and annoying at the same time, which isn't my cup of tea... Wow simcity korea looks awesome.
But whats up with zooming in on California, then South Korea? I think they know we play their games

Yah, Project East looks interesting.
But an MMO Sim City? I wonder if and how the players interact with eachother. Because it looks like its more into realism there wont be any UFOs to destroy the cities of other player. well firstly gratz to lost saga to enter to WCG...for me lost saga is different from other games...lost saga is kind of PK games..and is fun and funny..these game wont be bored because PK is different everyday rather than bored lvling with monster..and epic gear idea is so interesting..and many char to use or choose..so yea it is so nice and deserver to get into WCG
