Well not totally. You can eat it, but will just need to cover how much u eat with an injection of insulin.

But yea, doesnt sound like you have diabetes. You ussually lose weight for Type 1, and are fat in Type 2.

I dont know much about Sugar highs/lows, but a healthy diet is always good. Everyones body is different, so yourbody might need to have more fruit/veggy intake then others.

I don't think you can inhale fats. If you do, that's a weird way of eating.

Anyway, did you know tuna has trace levels of mercury? Might as well stay away from it since it's "unhealthy". And yeah, mercury is harmful at any level. So, tuna isn't "fine" to eat.

No, it doesn't work like that. Everything we eat is harmful some way or another, it's the dose that makes the poison. We establish limits on what can be considered healthy and unhealthy.

Makes me rethink my eating pattern. . : I eat once a day, whatever I want. . . mostly self prepared.

My stomach tells me what and what not to eat. . I go by that.

Don't tell me, I'm hungry and thirsty all the time (yay for having a hypo that carries me around in a sugarless environment aka school for over 2 hours).

I think on a regular day (when it's hot) I empty about 2-3 1-1,5l (depending on which on we bought).
The best part is that those bottles don't last longer than about 30 minutes when I start to drink. :/
