So, If you watched this before help me out >.

Ive watched all seasons and I just want to make sure Im right.

In the first season episode one to four the first arc, Mion and Rena attempt to kill Keiichi and somehow he is able to kill them first.

Was Keiichi just imagining this because of the disease or was it really real? Just like another world happens but diffrent things like Rika said before all the worlds weren't the same.


Clear that up for me, Thanks .

yes it did happen for real in another world, i can't explain well why but the next episodes after that seems like it.

They weren't trying to kill him, Keiichi's Hinamizawa syndrome was evolving. A little spoiler, in a certain part where Keiichi slams the door on Rena and later on he sees her through his windows apologizing, the voice he is actually hearing comes from Hanyuu, who is apologizing for not being able to save him from the madness and his fate.
