(( OOC: Alright, the pace is good then ^^. "Like a good book"? Haha! Next thing to do: Turn Happy Home in to a book. Nah, just kidding. Post when you can Grave ))
Before Natalie was able to give an answer to Ethan's question, Basil showed up. What? Is there a sign on my door that says "Free cake for everyone"? , Ethan thought, a bit confused because of all the people suddenly showing up in his room. It looked like Basil was mistaken from the room, at first he even thought this was his room. Now Ethan was finally able to take a good look at Basil, he was one of the few whose skin was "normal". Everyone else had such a pale skin, it was no wonder though, given the circumstances they were in. The most striking feature of Basil, right after his missing arm, were his light blue eyes. You could see them from a mile away. Unfortunately his eyes were covered half of the time because of his long brown hair. "It's my room Basil", Ethan answered and nodded a "welcome". Soon after Basil's entry, Liam entered. At first it looked like she was hesitating, she stood just behind the door. Finally she came inside and the first thing she did was apologize. She must've hesitated earlier because it was rather rude to barge in on someone's room without notice. Ethan didn't care though, he wasn't the type to care about something like that. "It's alright, come on in. Free cake for everyone!", Ethan tried to lighten up the mood. Liam's eyes were intently focused on the floor now, it all signaled that she was timid and shy. Her small figure only enhanced the image of a timid young girl. Ethan was always wondering about Liam's hair color, he just couldn't put his finger on what it was. Was it orange or brown, or perhaps a mixture? Was she able to dye her hair somehow? Liam's choice of clothes was always a sight to watch. Somehow the clothes didn't fit at all, and yet they fit perfectly. Her huge shirt resembled an open straitjacket, which was rather disturbing at times. It looked like Liam was worried about Natalie, she talked to her first and asked if she was okay. The next thing Ethan noticed was the rabbit mask wearing Reassurer, Jack Rabbit. He was observing the group, maybe he was trying to eavesdrop? The thought occurred in Ethan's mind but it was soon washed away by Jack's actions. He mentioned of the view from Ethan's room, he claimed he didn't even have a window. Ethan didn't believe it but he still nodded. To his mind, all the Reassurers had fabulous quarters in the 3rd floor. With that said, Mr. Rabbit left the key number 107 hanging on the lock. He mentioned the group should have their privacy and walked away. Somehow Ethan felt grateful towards the man. Odd guy.. nothing like the rest, Ethan thought. He didn't consider Katrina to even be a Reassurer. ~Meanwhile~ Joachim was having a cup of coffee while reading his book, The Maroon Tempest. The birds were singing outside, they were clearly visible to Joachim since the office had an enormous window placed behind the desk where he was sitting. The window itself was able to lit the whole room, thus Joachim rarely used the lamps in the room. A large chandelier hanged from the ceiling, it was an expensive one. One look at it and you'd know. It had regular candles put in it, they were always lit after 6:00 PM / 18:00. Joachim closed his book and pressed one of the buttons on his desk phone. "Could Ms. Buttons come into my office?" "Just a moment, sir", the secretary's voice rang out from the phone's speaker. Soon Katrina walked inside Joachim's room. Joachim stood up with open arms and a smile on his face. "Good morning Katrina!" "Good morning Mr. Von Weiss. Did you need me for something sir?" "Straight to the point as always, hmm?", Joachim kept his smile on, "You know about what happened just a few moments ago? To Ethan I mean" "I.. I believe he was forced into his room sir", Katrina's eyes fell upon the floor. "Yes, he was. I'd like you to give him this candy bar, is that ok? A small snack might make him feel better, yes?" "Y-Yes, it probably would..", Katrina was surprised of Joachim's behaviour. "Good! Here you go", Joachim handed over the candy bar, "Oh, and please don't mention that I was the one who gave it. He might not.. like the idea, I believe you understand" "Yes sir. I'll just say I bought it to him" "Absolutely amazing! You may go now Katrina. Have a wonderful day, yes?" "I.. I will" Katrina left the office soon afterwards. !!! EDIT !!! (( OOC: I have a gut feeling that I posted a dead-end post. I'm forced to edit my post by adding the eye. If anyone feels left out... force yourself in ^^ )) Natalie had asked about Ethan's eye, it ruptured the painful memory inside Ethan instantly. He frowned and gazed upon the floor, he didn't want to bring back those memories. He just had to though, you can't keep everything inside. Otherwise you'll pop, and that'd be one pop you could never fix again. Natalie tossed the room 107 key to Ethan, he grabbed it with his left hand and placed it on his bed. I guess I can't avoid it.., Ethan though before he opened his mouth. "I guess It's a deal Natalie", Ethan nodded and then cleared his throat, "Y-Yeah.. my right eye is.. blank. It all happened two years ago, it was just like any other day. Monday, to be more precise. I woke up and.. when I went to brush my teeth I saw it. Or actually.. I didn't see it", Ethan kept a brief pause, it was a bit hard for him to talk about it, "My right eye was just.. gone. It scared the hell out of me, I screamed out of fear. I remember curling up in to a ball in the corner of the bathroom. My parents rushed inside, they probably thought I was hurt or something", Ethan kept another pause, this time he started scratching his arm, "That's.. that's when the hellish cycle began. Those heartless bastards who called themselves my parents.. they forced me to go from doctor to doctor. They claimed I had some kind of illness and that I needed immediate medical attention..." Suddenly the door to 107 was opened. It was Katrina, she was holding a candy bar in her hand. Ethan nodded and gestured his arm for her to come in. "Oh.. sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt Ethan" "It's alright. Meet the crew, though you've probably seen them already" "Yes, I've met most of you", Katrina eyed over everyone, "Basil, Liam and Natalie.. am I right?" Ethan didn't say anything, he was sure they'd be able to answer themselves. "Why did you come Katrina?" "I thought this might cheer you up", Katrina gave a warm smile as she waved the candy bar in her hand, "I'm sorry, there's only one though", she frowned immediately. "We'll just share it. Thanks" "No problem, call me if you need me", Katrina said before stepping outside. Ethan cleared his throat again, he was going to continue his little story. "As you can pretty much figure, living with a freak eye is not fun. The weird thing is, I can still see with this eye", Ethan brushed away his hair so that his white eye was more visible, "Easily the most bizarre thing about it is.. the fact that I can see more now than with a normal eye. I can.. see these shapes.. shapes that resemble locks. These locks float around you.. they float around every human I've seen. I have no idea what they are, and since they don't seem to have a purpose.. I've ignored them", Ethan placed the candy bar on his bed, "Now I think they mean something. I don't have any proof of it, but it's a strong gut feeling. I'm sure that rich snob Joachim knows about them. I can't explain it.. it's just a strong feeling I have", Ethan now looked at everyone and then at Natalie, "Well, that's about it. Your turn Natalie" ~Meanwhile~ Right after Katrina had left the room, Joachim strolled over to his desk and pressed the beeper again. "Could you bring Mr. Rabbit here? I'd like to have a chat with him" "Of course, just a moment" "Terrific! Thank you" The secretary sent a message to Jack's pager. Joachim turned around and faced the magnificent window. Time to find out what Mr. Trueborne's up to.., Joachim thought with a sly grin on his face. He was flipping some kind of small device in his hand. Last edited by Takesh; 04-16-2010 at 08:06 PM. (Didn't want to post so soon...felt as if more people should post before me. But seeing as I'm not interfering with anyone, here goes.)
As he walked up the stairs, he saw Katrina hurrying down, carrying a bar of candy. Where did she get her hand on that? Was it for her patient? Jack Rabbit noticed Nichelle’s eyes following the chocolate, there was a spark of interest in her eyes. It was not surprising, the diet here is rather tamed, like food offered after a sermon, things like chocolate are a rare sight mainly hogged by the Reassurers, the only people who can step out to buy it at the local convenience store. “Don’t worry, I’ll get you one when you are done your therapy.” Jack need to go there to get some smoke as well. As he reached the second floor, a buzz came bear his hip. He didn’t need to look at it to know what’s going on. Mr. von Weiss, want to see him. “Go ahead into the therapist’s room by yourself; I need to head up to do something. After you are done, wait by the balcony, try to stay away from the other Reassurers, I promise it won’t take too long,” Mr. Rabbit instructed Nichelle. Nichelle agreed, and Jack Rabbit watched her until she turned the corner into the therapist’s room before proceeding up to the third floor. The room he was looking for isn’t difficult to found, it took a great chunk out of the floor. He opened the door and nodded at the secretary by the desk. “Any good news?” Jack Rabbit greeted. “Depends, are you asking about my fabulously single life? Or who won the Oscars?” “Neither really,” Jack took his knife under his suit and placed it on the secretary’s table. “Jeeze, Jack, can’t you keep this thing in your room instead of bringing it here and scare me with it?” “Sorry, I’ll keep it in mind next time.” “Why don’t you take that mask off, aren’t you suffocating under that thing?” Jack Rabbit touched his mask near the edge. “You know what, don’t. I’m not sure I would like what I see.” “Thank you,” Jack Rabbit bowed slightly to show his gratitude before proceeding to the door marked with the name Joachim von Weiss. He knocked on the hard wood, sending a puff of smoke as he did so, and then waited for the voice to beckon him inside.

(Well here it is as promised, not much perhaps but I couldn't really figure out anything.)
His thoughts being interrupted by Ethans explanation about his eys a slightly uncomfortable feeling crept unto him. The part about parents taking one everywhere sounded familiar, but he couldn’t remember it ever happening, thinking about it,, he couldn’t remember a lot before getting here, images nothing more. He hated when Bazil wasn’t around as he always felt weird when he was sleeping, but right now he felt far more uncomfortable than usual. Hearing a noise he saw a woman coming in, as usual no one remembered Bazil, annoying. “She forgot Bazil” he said, more to the others as she had gone before he had a chance. The rest of Ethans story he ignored while laying his hand on his head, he had a light headache, and it was disturbing, he didn’t like headaches. Last edited by Befram; 04-18-2010 at 09:04 PM. |

((OOC: Well, Play is over (Cinderella was a huge success) and we lost at States for Odessey of the Mind, so... I'll be on more, hopefully.
))Natalie shuffled from side to side, her legs bending slightly to adjust to the added weight that dropped upon them. Ethan had taken some time to study all of the people who had gathered in his room, as well as those who didn't. Only a few words were exchanged during the observation process, but Natalie found that she would not be ignored. After an awkward silence, Ethan allowed the room key to rest upon his bed before he addressed the question Natalie had been wondering about for some time. For an instant, all eyes fell upon Ethan as he began explaining his past. "I'll finally know, but...my promise... After Ethan tells his story, I'll have to tell my own. Will I...can I do that?" No matter how harsh the beating of her heart felt against her sensitive chest, Natalie simply bit her lip and listen. The first thing that intrigued her was the fact that Ethan lost every color in his right eye besides white two years ago. To suffer from a strange incident so late into life was a mystery, but also made Natalie feel sorry for Ethan. Apparently, he had a normal life for a long time, living with decent parents, and then his whole world was thrown into chaos. His parents felt that something was horribly wrong with him -- no one lost their eye so suddenly without having something wrong with them -- and was sent...here. "Happy Home" became his new home -- or rather, prison. Another thing that orried Natalie was the life that Ethan might have had. When he felt fear from seeing the image of his right eye in the mirror, was he afraid of losing his friends? His family? His life? There is always a reason for people to fear, for if there wasn't a reason to fear, those people who fear wouldn't fear at all. Once people fear, though, their lives change forever. No longer can they be considered "sane". If you accept the symptom that made you fear, you appear "broken". If you run away from what made you fear, you're considered "lost. No matter what you do, someone will capture you and treat you like a mutant or monster for having something that others and/or you fear about you. That is what it means to be "insane"; to not have everything that the rest of the society considers "normal". "It doesn't feel...right. Why can't we be different and still be accepted by everyone? Timothy...Julie...if the world was made of people like the both of you, most of us would not lose ourselves--" Suddenly, a mature woman who had a motherly demeanor slipped through Ethan's door. Her eyes swiftly scanned the room, paid no mind to the others lingering inside, and fell upon Ethan. In her hands was a delicious looking candy bar, a treat that was given to Ethan. Natalie heard her say all of their names, but she didn't know how to reply. Was she a Reassurer? If she was, why was she so...kind? Any other Reassurer would have told them all to leave and would have never given their patient a candy bar. This woman, though...Natalie thought that such a person didn't exist in "Happy Home". When she departed, Natalie found herself eager to find out more about the lady, but Ethan continued with his story soon after. "Too bad. I wonder if...huh?" Gazing at Ethan's blank eye, Natalie had to take some time to process what he just said. "He can...see out of that eye? No, not just that, but...he can see things, too. Still...locks? Is he talking about the locks on doors? Wait...floating locks? Could they be something--" "...Your turn Natalie" "Eh? Oh, well, ...um..." A large streak of blush etched itself on Natalie's cheeks, lightly dotting the surface of her nose, and brightening her features. Immediately, Natalie's head tilted to the floor, and she backed up to the door. Her whole body seemed to shrink a bit, but no matter how much Natalie wished she could conceal herself while she spoke, she knew that a promise was a promise. Still, she hid her face and had to wait a bit for the tears that threatened to force their way out from behind her eyelids to settle down. "I was born into a family with dark eyes. For generations, my mother's and father's family were born with dark eyes. I know I might have had an ancestor with similar eyes to mine, but...it must have been a long time ago. When I was first born, my parents thought I was blind, but I could see just fine. After some time, my eyes grew a bit darker, but still looked...odd. If it weren't for my siblings, I don't know how I would have survived in such a home. I'm sure Timothy and Julie would have treated all of you with as much kindness and love as they did with me..." Natalie's eyes widened when she realized she was getting off track. Her eyes flashed upwards and then were blurred by her head shaking from left to right. Her promise was to explain why she was so panicked earlier, not the experience she had in her previous home. "Sorry...basically, I can see things too. Only...I don't think they are...locks. What I saw before coming in here was...a girl. She had gray eyes and short, brown hair. Her outfit was simply a white dress. I assume she might have been quite pretty, but...there were scars all over her...face...and...parts of...her...body. There was...blood...everywhere. I...I tried to -- I tried to pretend she w-wasn't...there, but...she kept...following me. She asked me...t-to help her -- protect her...from...someone -- a boy -- but I...I..." Her voice cracked and tears started to pour out of her eyes. Both of Natalie's hands clung to the edges of her lips, as if sealing her mouth would prevent the rivers of liquid droplets from streaming down her face; it didn't. Unable to bare the weight of her confession, Natalie whirled around and faced the wall near the door. Gradually, her body started to quiver, then shake so much that her knees buckled and she sunk to the floor. "Why? All of a sudden, I saw...I saw her. Why won't she...why won't any of them...leave me...alone?" ((OOC: Mental breakdown...or other... :o )) |

((Sorry for the extreme delay
))A small smile went past Liams face as Ethan made a statement about free cake. Must be strange, she thought, to have all kinds of people just brag into your room. She would probably freak out if they did that to her and move out of the room. She lifted her head a bit so that her grey eyes could just be seen from under her hairstrokes that hung before her face. She looked to Ethan while he was talking to Natalie but couldn't concentrate on the talking part very well. She stared to Ethans white eye, her eyes a bit widened at the surpise. How? What happened? When she was about to wonder about it and ask herself stupid questions again she noticed that at the same time Ethan was talking about it. Quickly she stored the questions away for later and listened to his story. It was sad, but weren't all the stories from the people here sad? Hadn't they all had some kind of accident that made them forced to come here? It was something that Liam had found out pretty fast when she arrived here first. Most patients didn't talk much about their past but you could see that something was hurting them. She looked around, noticing that she was getting of track again. She just couldn't keep her thoughts at one place for to long they just fluttered away like birds flew up from a tree. Suddenly Natalie was talking and somewhat scared Liam saw that she was crying. What should I do? Natalie turned around and then sunk down on the floor and still Liam stood motionless, her hands cleshed in fists, her eyes hesitating. Should I try and comfort her? But how? What should I say or shouldn't I say anything and just lay my arm around her? Questions again. Oh how she hated those. It was like her mind was just one big question one which she never had an answer. But some day she wouuld have to step in. Maybe it was today? Suddenly Liam spun around on her heel and kneeled down by Natalie. Slowly, partly because she was afraid to scare Natalie and partly because she was scared to death herself, she placed her arm around the sobbing girl. Not sure what to do next she looked up to Ethan. Her grey eyes meeting his. What should I do...........? |

(( OOC: By the way, lokuri, you didn't say if I was right or wrong about the "girl". I'm curious to know. Oh, and nice analysis about fear ^^. ))
All eyes were on Ethan's white eye as he spoke, it was rather unnerving but Ethan was able to deal with it. Ethan heard Basil grunting after Katrina had left. Basil had always been touchy about Bazil. If someone forgot about Bazil, Basil was sure to mention it. Ethan found it a bit funny, he didn't laugh though. Basil looked frustrated, more than usual. Ethan didn't ask why, he'd save the question for later. As soon as Ethan gave his turn to Natalie, she blushed. Her face faced the floor and she had backed next to the door. She was struggling to talk, or did she try to hide herself somehow? Maybe she found it easier to talk if no one saw her? Ethan was surprised how Natalie started. She mentioned about having dark eyes, how her parents and their parents had dark eyes. It seemed she had had a hard life too, it would've been a miracle if she hadn't. At least she had her siblings support. The world was that much less threatening while facing it with more than just yourself. Timothy.. and Julie, huh?, Ethan thought while taking a small bite from the candy bar. His way of sharing was that he took his bite and then gave it to someone else. Right after Natalie's story's first part was over, Ethan held up his hand and offered the candy bar to Liam. Ethan didn't say anything, but he had an asking expression on his face. (( OOC: Sorry ^^, this might mean a small flashback of sorts for you Fieryfly )) Now that Natalie started the second part of her story, Ethan's jaw was thrown open. Natalie told that she could see things too, though they weren't locks. Somehow Ethan got the expression she could see spirits of the dead. Of course this was only a guess from Ethan, he'd ask more about it when the time was right. The description Natalie gave about the girl, somehow reminded Ethan of someone. He wasn't sure, but somehow it seemed familiar. It was as if Natalie's story was caught short since she suddenly started shaking tremendously. She turned around and quivered down next to the door. Something serious was going on, they'd have to act fast. The thought of calling out a Reassurer flew by Ethan's mind, but he refused for the time being. Liam was the first to check up on Natalie. It felt a bit odd though, Ethan had always thought that Liam was one of those who just stood by and watched. Ethan jumped from the bed and kneeled down next to Natalie, he was only a few inches away from Liam. "Natalie! You ok?!", Ethan shouted out even though he didn't mean to. You ok?! Of course she isn't ok you idiot!!, Ethan thought. Liam's grey eyes turned to Ethan, she was holding Natalie in her arms. She was desperately asking for what to do now. Ethan tried gently to lift Natalie's head up from her chin, he tried to make eye-contact with Natalie. "Natalie.. ! C-can you hear me? What's wrong.. !?" Joachim stood by his desk when the door was knocked. He turned his head around to face the door and walked over to it. A big red mattress stretched out the whole room, it had two golden "H"s placed in the middle of it. The double Hs were taken from the facility's name of course: Happy Home. Joachim's desk was located in the east end of his room while the door to the 3rd floor hallways was located in the north. The south and west side walls were filled with bookshelves, which reached all the way to the ceiling, and were full of different books. The books ranged from pure fantasy to science. You could say Joachim had his own little library inside his room. There was not much else inside his room, just a few paintings of different sceneries and Joachim's own portraits. Joachim grabbed the handle and opened the door. Jack Rabbit was standing right behind it, he looked like he was rather calm at the moment. "Ah! Glad you could make it Mr. Rabbit", Joachim said with a bright smile before walking back over to his desk, "Please, come on in. Have a seat. Oh, and please close the door. After I'm done with this, we shall discuss" Shortly afterwards, an announcement was heard. *Ding Dong* Good day dear patients! It is 12:00 and that means we're going to have a sunny lunch shortly! Due to some minor problems, however, the lunch is going to be a bit late. I am truly sorry for all the inconveniences brought by this. The awe-inspiring lunch will be served at 12:15, along with the medication naturally! Have a wonderful lunch everyone! Joachim cut the transmission and started flipping a small device in his hand again. He was leaning towards his desk and his bright green eyes were on Jack's mask. "I believe you know what this is, don't you Mr. Rabbit?" (( OOC: @Moratorium: It's a small listening device which is shaped like an earplug )) |

((OOC: Yeah, the girl I described was the girl you mentioned in your prologue, Takesh. Also, I noticed that I must have subconsciously made the girl resemble Liam, so...well, I'll just say that my post will reestablish that they are patients in an insane asylum. ))
Just like someone in the direct line of an earthquake, Natalie's whole body began to tremor with such force that she had to place her shaking hands on the ground to keep her steady. Both of her eyes were dilated, a chaos of confusion and fear echoing within them. The thought of the blood covered girl standing behind Natalie with her hands stretched brought unimaginable horrors to Natalie. All of a sudden, the images of the girl creeping up on her and frightening her became a reality when the shadow of a feminine form overlapped her own shadow. Then, as if to twist the lines of her nightmarish world and reality even further, an arm reached out and wrapped itself around Natalie. It took all of her effort to bite back the heavy, weasing noises that were struggling to escape into the air. "Who is this? Liam? But...no, it can't be. That would be...normal. That girl...she was abnormal. She brought me into her abnormal world, and she won't let me go. So...Liam c-couldn't...would she? After all, we aren't..." Another figure sprung to her side, a person who Natalie could see clearly: Ethan. Perhaps it was his distance, but Natalie's pale blue eyes flashed in his direction and took in his image almost instantly. Words came out of his mouth, but they sounded as if he was speaking through a glass cup. Never-the-less, more tears wiggled down her cheek and she tried to nod as much as possible. Obviously, Natalie was far from okay, but lies kept you sane...right? However, the moment he lifted her head up with two of his fingers, Natalie could finally take in the person who had been hovering over her for quite some time. At first, Natalie saw Liam gazing at her with the concern that a mother usually has to the injury of their beloved child. After some time, though, Liam's attire morphed into a white dress with an abstract pattern of blood blots. On the girl's lips was a wretched smirk surrounded by bulging wounds. "N-no...no! Leave me alone!" Without waiting to calm her nerves or realize who the person before her really was, Natalie sprinted out of the door and down the hall. She didn't know where she was going, and she didn't care. All she wanted was to run. She wanted to run until her feet hurt. She wanted to run until her breathe gave out. She wanted to run until the hideous tormentor vanished from her sight. ((OOC: Weee!~ Since I gave no location as to where Natalie might be headed, how far she ran, or a dead-end scenerio, feel free to do what you like. ))

Jack Rabbit did not have to wait for long before Joachim opened the door, revealing a room which looked very much out of place. Mr. Rabbit considered it the little decorated escape from the daily havoc of Happy Home. The only downside of the room was the lack of windows, having being structured dead center of the building. Not that Joachim need sunlight, he looked satisfied being locked inside this treasure room of his. The giant mattress can be the marking evidence for this, with its giant letter of HH, full of its self loving for the place, further exemplified by the portrait of the man himself, Joachim in full glory, captured in raw paint. Jack Rabbit was surprised the building wasn't built in the shape of this gentleman, probably would of if the architecture had managed to found a way to do so. The only thing that yielded a bit of interest to Jack Rabbit’s eye was the landscape, though it only reminded him that there would be no need for the landscape if the room had windows. With nothing to stare, Jack stared at Joachim.
Joachim, from what Jack Rabbit could decipher, was a knowledgeable man, one who dwells on book. Several shelves lined the side of the room, filled with books which Jack Rabbit probably will never read; he liked books that are more “down to Earth”, things about the life of a peasant who sold bread for a living, books most would leave to gather dust in the corners of the attic. Those were the books Jack loved, for they were things he could speak of without someone else yelling, “Oh yes, I know of it.” There wasn’t a lot Jack Rabbit had in common with Joachim, other than their love for neat clothing. In fact, Jack Rabbit could be the antithesis of Joachim. A lot of Joachim demeanor Jack Rabbit found irritating, talking to Joachim was very much like treading into a dark water, where the best method is the bring a flashlight and stay cautious. However, there is something that Mr. Rabbit enjoyed about Joachim, and that is the layer thick personality. Most patients here could keep their thoughts to themselves, and were being read like an open book. This was all balanced with Joachim. Jack Rabbit enjoyed working for him, mainly because Joachim was in control; this made the mundane job more bearable. Jack Rabbit observed Joachim as he finished his announcement of a delayed lunch, not that it mattered, most patients can still feel the breakfast in their stomach as there is nothing to do to exhaust energy with. Then Joachim eyed Jack Rabbit with his green eyes, such interesting colour. Mr. Rabbit wanted to borrow one so he can rub his thumb across them to feel the smooth surface, but he doubted Joachim would allow that. "I believe you know what this is, don't you Mr. Rabbit?" Jack Rabbit was shown a small device; it was a listening device, the elegant way of eavesdropping; now this is interesting. Mr. Rabbit nodded in reply, “No need to ask if you think I already know is there? So what’s the story?” Jack sat forward, as he rested his elbow on the table, his hands raised in front of his mask, locked by his fingers. He kept his sight on Joachim’s green eyes, waiting for the reply.

((You just like killed Liam Lokuri but actually it is perfect, now I can show you all something of her past.))
Natalie wasn't getting better. Her body was shaking like she would never stop again and Liam didn't know what to do anymore. She wasn't good at this kind of things. Suddenly everything came to an outburst as Natalie jumped up and unintentionally smashed her hand in Liams face ((hope you don't mind Lokuri ))."N-no...no! Leave me alone!" Then she was off, leaving Liam on the ground with a nose that started to bleed. "It is your fault Liam" Liam's eyes widened. No... She thought, No it wasn't my fault... was it? I was just trying to help her, I wasn't- I wouldn't.. It is your fault Liam. Again it is you fault. Why did you do it Liam? Why? Can't you just stop it? Couldn't you just leave it alone? You always make things worse Liam, why? Why can't you just let it go? Liam's body tightened. Her legs moved to her chest, her feet moved up and her toe's tensed. Her right hand was cleshed in a fist, so hard that her knuckle's turned white and the piece of chocolate that she had gotten from Ethan was pulvered. Small pieces fell on the ground as her nails bored themselves in the flesh of her palm. Her shoulders tensed and moved up like she was protecting herself from something, her left hand was closed in a persistent grip around her right arm and pulled it to her chest. The skin around her nails started to turn red and one drop of blood started to run down her to her elbow. Her eyes stared into nothing. *Flashback* No...... I- She was back in her room, her father stood in the dooropening, an alcohol smell was entering with him. She sat on her bed, the blanket was white, her knees pulled up to her chest, her eyes were red of crying but now the tears were gone, she was empty. She didn't want him to enter. "Your fault!" Her father suddenly shouted as he swayed inside. He smashed against her night table and with a smash her clock landed on the ground. There was a silence for a few seconds, it hung in the room like a curtain while her father stared to the clock. Then he looked to her again, anger flashed up in his eyes. "It is all your fault!" He shouted again while moving closer to Liam. "No.... No... I was just- I wa-" With a sudden move her father smashed her with his flat hand in his face. Liam fell back on the bed, her ears soughed and the flesh on her cheek burned like it had just been set on fire. Her grey eyes looked frightened to her father who towered above her. "It is your fault! Say that it is your fault!" He hit her again, this time on her shoulder, tossing her aside against the wall. "Say it! Hea! You hated you sister and your mother and you killed them!" Again a hit landed on her head. "You did it intentionally. It was your fault!" Liam could not cry, she could not should nor move. She was frozen on her place as blood dropped on the blanket, turning the white in bloody red. "No," she whispered, "no... no.." "See! You're not even crying, you don't miss them, you are only happy that they are gone!" Her father spitted on her. Suddenly his voice was soft and dangerous calm. "Just tell daddy that you did it. Just tell me. You did it, didn't you. It was your fault." He kept repeating and repeating the sentence over and over again. Liam wanted to stick her fingers in her ears but she could not move. Your fault, your fault, your fault, your fault. She started to tremble, she cleshed the blanket in her fists to make it stop. Your fault, your fault, your fault. Maybe it was her fault, maybe her father was right. He wouldn't hit her if he weasn't right, would he? Your fault, your fault, your fault. "It was my fault." She mumbled to herself and her father. "My fault." *End Flashback* |
