I'm looking for a funny, hilarious mmo with cute and funny characters, monster and npc. Also funny dialogue... and fun to play

TF2 has a nice setting and the characters can be quite funny. It's not a mmo though.

I'm not sure if it exists or not, but there was Dungeon runners (not a mmo mind you), that fits your bill.
