Here's what im looking for in an MMORPG

-Not big on downloads(Im a dial-up user,only till next month anyways)
-Anime Style,Medievil Style,mostly anything.
-Lvl up system
-2D,3D
-Anything RPG'ish

you want free ones or are you willing to pay too?

www.tibia.com - free 2d mmorpg, easy to level/get rich, and very nice community on most servers

www.mapleglobal.com - free 2d mmorpg, very nice community, simple stat/skill system, and alot of quests

check out the mmorpg lists on the free mmorpg section =p

im not sure if that fits your description...but it does to me...
and you dont have to download at all xD just load it...lol

runscape: no downloads, lvl up system, medieval...i guess, rpgish...

and as skyR mentioned, maplestory...but its download is pretty large, but i like that game =]

Ms doesn't really have a dial-up friendly download..Haha when I read lvl up system I thought he must have played Endless Online.

I second the runescape suggestion. I played it from dial up for about 5 months. The game was fun and fine, till level grinding turn me off. I'm currently playing the Damned Isle (link below), which has the things you want; but the graphics are static.
