you know people have different ways of coping with things. When someone has low serotonin levels, its hard to not deal with it other than withdrawing and bein depressive.

There are alot of ppl worse off but you can say that for anything that doesn't make it any less of a big deal to you. OMG I just lost my job in the how am I gonna live when in 3rd world countries they don't even have the opportunity to get a job.

Thats what I'm saying. I couldn't ever possibly be chronically depressed because when bad shit happens to me I know some worse shit happened to someone else so I don't let it get to me. Sure I might be angry seldomly sad for the first couple seconds but 30 mins later I'm fine. Not everyone takes things terribly and goes into some severly depressed state.

I'm the definition of Hardiness/Resilience and imo other people should get on the MFin train.
