They screwed me over once; sold and shipped some merchandise, guy told me he received it and I got my payment and everything seemed fine; like TWO weeks go by and I'm hit with charge backs, guy claims his card was stolen and didn't make the charges which I found to be a BS story (more like cc fraud) but Paypal being the puss they are just believed the guy and force me to pay the guy back and I did to avoid any trouble BUT I never got back my merchandise so I'm the one getting screwed then to rub salt into the wound Paypal hits me with the bill for the charge back fees. Honestly if my card was stolen I'd just be happy I got my money back and I'd gladly pay the fees as such but no hit the seller with them makes no sense. I never did pay the charge back fees. I just did what that dude did to me and called my bank and said I lost my CC (because Paypal wouldn't allow me to remove it) so I shredded the card and got a new one with a new number and left Paypal for good.
They can be real shady sometimes; my suggestion to people is to never tie the account to your bank account or anything because they'll have you by the balls. |

Lol. I figured as much, but it looked funny so I said it.
And man, that sucks. My mom is really paranoid about internet fraud...so, anything I want to order, I have to go to the bank, put cash on my card and do it that way. I used to just pay her and use her card, but I used her card on like 20 paypal accounts, because she'd always make me delete them after using it once...eventually they wouldn't even let me use the card anymore. |

Happen to me too, Sold a WoW account, 450$ couple days later paypal wanted the money back, apparently the person who bought it used someone else's paypal account, and filed it or w/e, I never paid them back, I just don't use paypal.

Ouch. Paypal has only helped me in the past thank goodness. Ordered a Wii a while back and the guy falls of the face of the earth with my money. I waited the amount of time paypal told me to and got my money back when the wii never came.
