Nervous as hell, anyone small tips or tricks to help me pass my road test?

No reason to be nervous, if you've studied... scratch that, if you've glanced over some pages of the book and have been paying attention when someone else drives, you should be fine.

Before you start, calm yourself down, don't turn on the music, focus on what your doing, adjust your mirrors, put on your seat belt, and try to drive like no-one else is in your car.

(((second step))) youve been practicin right? then dont worry, you got it in the bag. its like every other time youve drivin but with some random guy your givin a ride. But not jsut any random person, a person that makes you remember to hold at 9 and 2, not to speed, and not be a road demon.

remember to shut off the car once the guy gets in, my guy was a ***** and made me shut off the car because "the engine was far too loud" for him to ask what my name was

and don't ask if your close enough during the parallel parking part, they hate that

don't forget your seatbelt (thats how i failed my first time; drove there by myself on permit [strike 1], no seatbelt [strike 2], no ID [strike 3])

Were you just having a memory lapse? That's a bunch of things, well wrong.

1. Go 3-5mph under. Don't want to go too much under the speed limit as to be a hazard to other drivers around you. Also, right when the tester is about to take a drink of his/her coffee, be sure to slam on breaks. It's an automatic pass.

If your instructor isn't a hardass there is literally no way to fail short of being mentally retarded.

Really haha I am in the same boat as the OP because I am scare of driving.

I am 17 and a half so I can basically skip my permit and go for my license directly.

Anything to expect?

Yeah...well I'm not an ultimate badass like Mr. Champion Driver over here so I actually had to practice a bit. I passed easily on my first try though.

There's no secret to passing your driving test. The more you do it, the better you get.

I'm so skilled I didn't even have to take the test. Booya.




No lie, because of the permit learning I did, my mom was able to check off that I was a good driver and they took my picture. To be sure, I had had secret underground driving experience since I was about 7.
