I remember reading some hentai manga telling this story. It was pretty disturbing, especially knowing that it was true.

Though wtf at those parents like jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez. If my child was doing that shit I would beat the **** out of them and then call the police and after they get arrested turn into an alcoholic because I was a failure as a parent.
