I would get a good lawyer and sue them honestly. They "personally" are allowed to look at your blogs, but the company itself suspending you for something you said or typed in your personal time is illegal.

They are not allowed to fire you. Believe it or not this has happened to other people. I would seriously sue. It would be the same if they were watching your house or something....

Why?? why is it wrong to have a myspace? You know who is on my short friend's list?? My gf, my best friend, Kevin Smith, Dane Cook, Johnny Depp, Jenna Jameson, Disturbed, Be Your Own Pet, and a bunch of other actors/musicians/comedians.

I use Myspace to stay in contact with friends, to post annoying comments to said friends, and keep up on my favorite celebrities and music all in one place.

Myspace is the most visited site on the internet. It has gone a long way past the "emo teen connection" it once was. Don't like it? Fine. But there's nothing wrong with using it, no matter what your age.

lol no, I deleted it yesterday in anger.

and no, my myspace is not for any onrpg members, because it gets heavily into my personal life and thoughts...something I like to keep seperate from work when I can.

and you'd all learn I'm a bad influence
