Yes they are cash shops items. You can buy them with in game money off other people but they are quite expensive if you want a good set. Large swords will never match Light Sword with normal slashes but if a Large sword user get his skills right with cancels and stuff they are very effective, especially with the modifications to Large swords that WMs get.
