Yesterday I was just playing MW2 fine on high settings, when I wen't to sleep I left my notebook on overnight because of an huge update, for like 5 hours.
When I woke up, I ran Maleware bytes to get rid of shit and stuff, it found 3 things, deleted those, restarted my notebook.
So now I booted up my notebook, and ran MW2, and now I'm getting these random lag spikes which are around 2/5 seconds.
And the game runs really slow..
Can anyone help me x_x?

Is your ping fine? Did you notice the lag in a game, and then posted, or did you try in multiple games?
