WonderKing NA IP blocks Europe.
WonderKing PH IP blocks America.
The Philippines is included in the range of European IPs.
My girlfriend (IRL) lives in the Philippines.
I live in NA.

Help. I have no idea where to start.

Relationships like that will not work. Just go and live with her or let her come to you.

About the game issue: There's nothing you can do (nothing legal, that is). Talking about private servers is not allowed here, by the way. (There is no wonderking ps)

There are other proxies out there that also work. I'd get a paid proxy if I were you though, seeing the connection from NA to SEA for MMOs isn't al that great together and a free proxy would only make it worse.
