Default LdPinch V - How do I remove this virus?

Need help asap.
I can't use my anti-virus nor can I open task manager (if that matters) or notepad, etc..

What do I do?

Edit: I also have this antivirus that I've never installed, in my computer. It seems like its trying to make me buy the product.

I went to a website to watch movies. I always go to this website and its very well known among my friends. All of a sudden it had this threat on the website that I took no consideration about since I've been to the website before without a problem for about a year already. And all of a sudden, BAM. Virus kicks in and my admin powers are null.

I googled to try and find a way to remove the virus but all I get are more antivirus software suggestions and spyware softwares. I have free AVG but I don't have access to open it anymore. My computer says that AVG's executive file is infected whenever I try to open it.

Nope, you good sir got yourself a trojan. A nasty one, at that.

Manual removal is not recommended for this threat. To detect and remove this threat and other malicious software that may have been installed, run a full-system scan with an up-to-date antivirus product such as the Microsoft online scanner (http://safety.live.com). For more information, see http://www.microsoft.com/protect/com...ses/vista.mspx.

On the other hand, I suggest that you try get NOD32 (supposedly one of the best AVs, but if anyone knows of a better one; I don't want to start AV wars), and try scanning your computer in Safe Mode. I think you should be able to download a trial for NOD32 on another computer (I'm assuming that's how you're able to post at the moment) and transfer it to your infected computer through a CD since viruses can not infect CDs. If this is not possible, then use a USB drive, but be aware that the virus will most likely spread to your USB drive.

Disconnect the computer from the internet whenever possible.

Sorry for the lack of proper sentence structure, I hope it's understandable, haha.

If you rename the avg.exe or whatever it is now to something else like..Fatponies.exe it should work.

I had my computer backed up and restored it to a previous time. It worked so far, and I was able to scan my computer with AVG and nothing came up.

Should I be precautious about anything?

I'd disconnect your internet. The way that viruses sends info over is through the internet. I'm sure you can put 2 and 2 together and figure out why I'd say so.

Do a thorough scan with a few other AVs first, including a few paying ones (the 14 days trial or *cough* it).

It might be hidden somewhere as it might have hidden itself in the boot sector of your HDD or simply modified the system restore to put the virus back. Most viruses are unable of doing this, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
